'Stag of the Glen'

My intentions behind creating this painting was to make the most of an image I had found, which had touched my heart deeply. The innocent aura emanating from this stunning creature, bloomed through the image. It spoke to me in a profound way, which captivated my artistic attention for use in more than one painting. My first painting using this image was “Deer Heart”, which surreptitiously included three hearts within the painting, encapsulating my love for this Stag image.
