This painting is the biggest project yet that I have ever completed. At a whopping 84” x 54”, ‘Grand Kyloe Bull’ was commissioned by a devoted husband for his wife as a surprise gift. This commission was such a special job, that once complete, I delivered it to their home in person, rolled, which I then constructed and stretched whilst I was there and installed it to the wall above the fireplace myself.
This painting was an incredible opportunity for me to expand my horizons ~ and my canvas size! All whilst doing what I love: capturing the magnificence of this Grand Kyloe Bull with uncanny accuracy and verve, breathing life into this portrait through my brushstrokes.
